- About to ICPMEI 2026-
The International Conference on Information Technology in Public Management and Education (ICPMEI 2026) will be held grandly in Wenzhou, the birthplace of China's private economy and a leading area for digital reform. This conference focuses on the innovative path of modernization of public governance system and deep integration of educational informatization, aiming to build an interdisciplinary and high-level international academic exchange platform, gathering experts and scholars, government managers, educators, researchers, and technology developers in the fields of public management, educational technology, information science, policy research, smart cities, digital government, and educational management. The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as the construction of digital government and optimization of education public services, big data-driven education policy formulation and resource allocation, integration of smart campuses and education management information systems, application of artificial intelligence in education governance and student development evaluation, education data security and privacy protection mechanisms, information technology path for balanced development of urban and rural education, online education platform supervision and quality assurance system, regional education digital transformation and innovation of "overall intelligent governance" mode, digital platform for home school community collaborative education, and the impact of education informatization on educational equity and social mobility. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, case sharing, and government industry university research dialogues, we aim to promote the modernization of education governance and the improvement of public service quality and efficiency empowered by information technology. All full paper submissions to the ICPMEI 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICPMEI 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icpmei@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
